WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct current state assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner

  • Gain deeper understanding of clients and their business through interviews and focus groups

  • Define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, process, technology & information

  • Perform gap analyses to determine areas that need to be addressed based on current versus future state

  • Identify a realistic and executable strategy focused on planning and developing roadmaps, communication plans, governance structures and investment prioritization for execution

JOB EXPECTATIONS

  • 5+ years in management or strategy consulting with prior experience working with clients at C-suite level

  • Experience with business strategy development and execution; experience in a project leadership role a plus

  • Experience providing strategic technology and data advisory services to clients

  • Knowledge of a broad range of areas including:

PROJECT MANAGER ROLE

KSI is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong consulting background to join its dynamic team. The individual in this role will deftly apply skills and methodology to lead others, deliberately mitigate risks, resolve issues, and advance projects when appropriate.

Typical project areas include: leading process or system improvements; custom and packaged system development and implementation; vendor selection; product definition, development, and launch; custom development; and web enablement.

  • You will run technical projects through the appropriate methodology and process (agile, iterative, etc.)

  • You'll understand the client’s business to design effective processes, organizations, and change and learning programs to drive real business benefits

  • You'll build and execute improvement plans adapted to the client environment

  • You will mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery

  • You'll work in multiple disciplines across industries and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months)

  • You will design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner

  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to project management to deliver enterprise-level projects

Project/Program Manager

JOB TITLE

Business Transformation Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW

The core objective of the Business Transformation Analyst is to conduct strategic analyses of both quantitative (e.g., system documentation, reports, data sets) and qualitative (e.g., interview notes, direct observations) information. As a member of the Advisory & Transformation consultant team, the Analyst will work both independently and in collaboration with the other consultant team and, at times, the client to deliver executive-level strategic consulting services to our customers in cross industry settings.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to Consulting Leaders and Directors in the planning, design, and execution of customer facing projects

  • Support a variety of engagement activities including Data Gathering and Analysis, Participating in customer interviews, workshops, and analysis

  • Develop financial and business operations analysis (cost, staffing, process activities)

  • Assist/lead in the documentation of end to end process

  • Assist in various aspects of transformation projects such as Technology Evaluation,  Change Management, Operational Design, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 Years of Business Experience

  • 4 Year Degree

  • Experience with Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

  • Experience with HCM systems (ADP, Ceridian, Workday, Oracle) would be helpful
